I went to drive vauxhall in Nuneaton on the 24th of November. To part exchange my old car for a new one. The service I had was fantastic. And the help I had off two sale people Mark Bignell & Paul Hanly I could not fault them in anyway they went out of there way to help me I would recommend them two to all my friends and family. I would give them 10 stars out of 10. Thank you two again. Can the person who reads this from Vauxhall pass this on to them please.
I had a car booked in with the service department with a 2 week wait which was fine. But 5 days before the appointment I get a call to say they booked me in by mistake and will have to cancel it. Ok anyone can make a mistake so I wasn’t too fussed and then the real bomb shell!! I was told to call back in 6months time to see if they have any availability for bookings. Come on Vauxhall if I wanted to book in an easy service job I’m sure you would have got me in much sooner. This is disgusting
I took my car in for some warranty work and, given I hadn't bought it there, the service team were particularly accommodating and friendly. They were really thorough in finding the issue and they quickly fixed it, explaining exactly what they had done and answering all my questions. They even washed the car when it went in for the warranty assessment and when the new part was fitted! The only thing to note is that if you want a lift then it's worth mentioning it when you book your vehicle in and you might have to be in before 8am as there aren't many drivers.
Appalling customer service, have to chase constantly for updates. Staff openly talk about you when they believe you are on hold. Repeatedly blame my lease company for holding up approval however the drive parts team takes upwards 6 days to answer any cost queries they have. Repeatedly promised phone calls back which never occur, they cannot provide any parts ETA once approval for Costs has been given. When speaking with the staff In person they blatantly lie to your face saying they have phoned to give you updates. Atrocious service hope I never have to use this garage again.
What a shambles. Turned up for a customer to collect a vehicle with a recovery truck. Won’t release the vehicle even though we had all the car details, owner details and permission. Receptionist basically a guard dog. Waste of time and effort. Left empty handed and a 100 mile round trip. Had the managers name, car, customers name and the contact details. Not my fault you don’t talk to each other. If we was stealing a car I don’t think I would choose one that’s broken.
Took car in for a recall fix. No contact when the car was ready. Had to just go there at 5.15 and hope car had been done. Really hope i dont need a main dealer again as this one is my closest to coventry and I'm all round not not impressed
Appalling service throughout. I called into the showroom to purchase parts for my vehicle and was told that all parts staff were in a meeting and would be an hour before I could speak to someone, so went to the local car user
Worst customer service ever received, was confronted by a mechanic on steroids as we arrived, after trying too defend ourselfs we was mis treated and forced outside by service manager Gary, also zoe the receptionist was sour faced and rude beyond words on arrival both times once all calmed down, the mechanic seemed too think it would be funny too fit a speed limiter device without consent, once confronted about the matter all was denied by all at vauxhall Nuneaton, this carried on for a full week untill we took the case further with the complains department, and would you beleive it the speed limiter was removed within 10 minutes, not 1 apology from any staff, avoid at all costs
Picked up my new car a week ago after ordering in February. I'm very happy with the service provided. The wait was getting frustrating but this is a country wide problem at the moment for different reason, nothing to do with the sales team or even Vauxhall. Tom from the sales team was great. Would happily get another car from here again in the future.
Many thanks to Tom Rotherham and the sales team. Totally professional service from start to finish. Tom always kept me updated on progress with my vehicle, was polite and knowledgeable. A real credit to Vauxhall.
