I would like to thank Rentinc for the service they have provided over the last year. They gave us the opportunity to stay in one of Leeds' iconic places, with brand new furnishings. And a big thank you to Jac and Jake, all my complaints were responded quickly. Overall, everything went smooth and great, from the beginning to the end of my tenancy. Good job!
We had the pleasure of dealing with Helen to re-let a room in a shared property. The response to every enquiry made with her all the way through the process was swift, efficient, compassionate and incredibly professional. I cannot thank her enough for managing the re-let to a successful result. I never review companies/individuals but on this occasion it was more than warranted!
One of the better Leeds property agents I’ve rented with. Jake especially was very understanding and helpful with my queries and situations during my tenancy.
I rented a flat in Burley with Rentinc whilst at university. Jake always responded to my emails quickly and was very helpful. Only issue i had was when i moved in it took a while to get the electricity bill set up and i ended up paying more than i should have for electricity for the first few months. Overall a good experience renting with RentInc.
Decent service throughout the year, despite the flat being in a relatively poor state when we moved in. However they fabricated cleaning fees and extra charges, taking most of our deposit, for things that were already faulty when we moved in. Furthermore, we left the flat in a cleaner and tidier state than when we found it yet they charged us £350 cleaning fees, which they almost certainly won’t have used for the next tenants. SCAM

These have been going since I was at uni years ago, but they had a premises next to Hyde Park pub. Underhand tactics just designed to fleece students. We moved in to our house to discover the previous tenants had dumped all their waste and broken furniture and rubbish in the front yard, the house hadn't been cleaned at all despite them telling us it had had a deep clean. There were maggots behind the bed in one room from some decomposing food and the house was infested with mice, that they denied all knowledge off despite there already being mouse traps and poison put down underneath the oven where they were getting in. We cleaned the whole place top to bottom and cleared the yard before they sent us a cleaner, by which point it was all already done. Noticing that they had charged the previous tenants for a deep clean despite this not being done, we were meticulous when we moved out a year later and cleaned it very throughly. We were then subsequently charged for a deep clean, I can't remember the exact figure now but it was something in the region of £260. They refused to budge on this. When we asked for evidence of what needed cleaning, the only photo they had was some cheese on the grill pan that someone had done the morning we were moving out and forgot to clean up. I don't care how long ago this was but I happened to drive by the building they used to operate out of and thought I'd leave this review.
With their quick maintenance, thorough electrical inspections, and excellent communication with the team, particularly Helen, I am completely satisfied with Rentinc.
Enquired about accommodation. Jake was very swift in getting back to me. He provided me with all the information, answering all my questions before I had even asked them. Would definitely recommend Rentinc and Jake
Jake was absolutely brilliant with us, friendly, good chat and if we ever had any problems or questions he would sort it out. Recommend!!
