Fantastic gym with state of the art equipment and fantastic space to train. A selection of very talented and dedicated coaches for fight classes and strength and conditioning each with quality experience and knowledge. Memberships are extremely affordable and great value for money. Highly recommend this gym to anyone and I am honoured to train here.

Best place to be for fitness. From beginners all the way to top. And plenty of stuff to choose from very experienced coaches. Fighting and strength conditioning classes plus more.

Friendly and helpful staff, great classes as well. I go to the muay thai classes and they great! Also has a good sized gym and has a protein bar that offers shakes and protein bars. :) Very welcoming

Great team and a lot of love and money being invested in this gym. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb place to train, I attend the ladies Muay Thai and my son does the kids classes, the coaches are so dedicated to what they do, I have learnt so much and after every class I'm excited for the next one, couldn't recommend this place enough, my son loves it too.
