The showers are very clean and tidy. If you're female and not into weights or working out around lots of men.... then this isn't the gym for you. However, if you're into keeping fit you won't care. There's a kick boxing Maui Thai gym within  pumped gym and the classes are very good. Especially for an all body fitness workout ..... give it a try. First thing in the morning is best 6.30am .... less people

Ive only done Kettlebell classes but theyre top quality, rest of the gym looks pretty good too

A good muscle gym.friendly staff .no attitude

Used to be a great gym but the equipment has gradually deteriorated. New barbells are good but needs an equipment overhaul. (Bent dumbells, damaged olympic lifting platforms with no olympic weights)
Great location, average value (due to equipment standard) has very good opening hours but the equipment needs updated urgently
