I fully understand that everybody is unique and different and with that everybody has different levels of fitness so when you have a session, you can guarantee it's completely focused on your personal needs and ability.There will be no-one else in the gym while you workout so you can train without the usual distractions you tend to get with other gyms and studios. Had a great time working with Stuart at Just You Training! he listened to what my fitness goals were and tailored a workout to suit me specifically. He is a very friendly person and puts you at ease when working out but will push you that little bit further each time that you might not get training on your own and i had great results from it and actually enjoyed my workouts. Highly recommend.
Stuart has been great for me for over 3 months… very knowledgeable, been very careful & aware of physical health issues.. great at motivating & makes the sessions very enjoyable… I’m in the best shape for many years & having reached my first goal we’re now on to stage 2… Can’t wait!..Thanks Stuart!!
Stuart is amazing, makes u feel really at ease, listens to what you want to achieve and builds a plan around it. He has created a wonderful environment and I highly recommend anyone wanting to make a change to get in contact with him.
Stuart understands and helps me achieve my fitness goals 100%. I have achieved the results that i was wanting in a very short period of time. He is calm, encouraging, good listener and reasonable.
When I was at my lowest ebb and struggling with my weight I discovered Just you training. From the start Stuart was an inspiration and a charismatic individual who guided me through my personal goals and praised all my achievements. With the constant peaks and troughs in my life Stuart understood explicitly. Creating a supportive environment and flexible way to train. With his expert knowledge and understanding of individual needs I have gone from strength to strength. I can't recommend Stuart and Just you training enough.
I was recommended Stuart by a friend and was apprehensive as I was so unfit. However that was soon replaced with motivation and enthuasism when I started training. Stuart is great at putting you at ease and tailoring the sessions around your goal.He will push you but check in with you always, boosting your confidence. He is an inspiring trainer and I am on track for my goal I would award 6 stars if I could.
Stuart is a knowledgeable and down-to-earth trainer who'll really listen to what you need. He explains the exercises and with his encouragement, I found I could do a lot more than I thought I could. We had a lot of laughs too which makes for a more positive experience.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Stuart. He is very knowledgeable with a broad range of equipment and will tailor a session or a program around what you want to achieve and is realistic i.e. not tell you to live on a diet of raw vegetables and kale. What I've appreciate though is that he is extremely personable and whilst each session hurts for the right reasons we also put the world to rights and he has been amazingly flexible. Unlike gyms or other PT's he has recognised that sometimes life happens e.g. trains are cancelled or work commitments change and he has always been very accommodating which I've really appreciated.
I came to Just You Training for a tailored plan to get me in shape for a big holiday and beyond. I lack motivation sometimes but having that one-to-one with someone who listens to my needs and pushes me just enough not to put me off was really beneficial for me. I felt heard and I got the results I was looking for. Really happy with the fact the studio is private and therefore I don't feel intimidated to do all the exercises or anything.
Stuart is an excellent personal trainer - he has helped me prepare for a specific challenge - a trek along the Great Wall of China. My sessions have been very enjoyable and my strength, fitness and confidence has vastly improved: The sessions are the perfect mix of hard work with fun and Stuart has been very attentive to working around my old knee problem to keep me safe from injury. Highly recommended
