Only been attending for a month, but really enjoying the class.  Lots of variety and love the use of equipment for the extra challenge.

Thank you Sally for your lovely classes, physically and mentally they have helped me so much.  Sally has a brilliant way of explaining things to make sure you get the best from each exercise. She is an excellent teacher with a lovely calm and genuine manner, excercise has never been so enjoyable and relaxing, absolutely recommended.

Fabulous Pilates class, lots of variety to the moves and equipment , has made my back and posture much stronger and much more toned. 
Look forward to Sally's class each week.

I've been going to Sally's Pilates classes for a while now and it has really helped with my back problems. She explains each exercise clearly and gives different options depending on your level. I always leave feeling stretched and refreshed and get an excellent night's sleep. I will be attending for as long as I can and I recommend her classes to my friends.
