I was one hour waiting on the phone and to make things worse the audio volume for their waiting song spikes every minute or so, probably so you don't fall asleep. No one ever answered,  I gave up.

Very surprising, and disappointing, in this day and age to receive communication addressed "dear sirs" although this did cause some laughter when sent to an entirely female department, that doesn't really excuse such a sexist mindset.
