Lots of choice, staff helpful. They accept card or cash.

I've been visiting this shop for over a year now. And this is one of the main shop I would think of when I want to buy hair products. They are great quality for the price. There are wide range of products in the shop that you can choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really recommend everyone who wants to buy hair products but the only issue for me is getting the hairstyles done by them could be a little pricy. But over all.  Very Good!

Good place for hair product and extensions

Huge variety of afro hair products at affordable prices, but i wish they sold wigs from the brand "Sleek", because i love them. The staff is really helpful. They also sell some makeup products, like the drugstore brand "LA girl". I highly recommend.

I've been visiting this shop for about 2 years, I absolutely love it. I get all my wigs and hair products from here, the staff are so nice and helpful, looking forward to it re opening

Didn't have anything I went in for but bought something's for my daughter it used to be great but not now

The have a wide variety of hair products here but the customer service was not the best and that's the reason for the 2 star. They somehow seem like they just wanted you to buy their product and not offer any assistance when I asked them. Otberwise a nice place

My mum went for a hair weft here just over 1 month ago. She already had long beautiful hair she just wanted more volume and thicknesses. Within the first month she had to go back because the weft was pulling, uncomfortable and loose. The girl who fitted it originally "tightened" it up and encouraged her it wasn't pulling her natural hair out and infact would help it grow. My mum has had to go back again to have the whole thing removed leaving her hair in tatters. It's left her devastated as she never does treats herself and she wanted to feel good about herself. She had hair past her waist and now it's less than a Bob!! A different girl who worked there spent two hours removing the weft and had to fit a new one correctly and HOW, just how! They thought it was okay to charge her 110 for new ones is beyond me, disgrace. I'm outraged and it’s not over I want to know how they plan to help rectify it because although my mum is not one to say anything I’m not letting this lie.

I had my hair chemically straightened here a few months ago. The woman left the chemical on my hair for too long, going over to braid another customer's hair who had just walked in with no appointment as the chemical was in. This resulted in around 25% of my hair breaking off close to the scalp. The rest of my hair had straggly ends, which she further chopped probably to cover up her disaster with the chemical to give me layers and even more straggly ends - I didn't ask for layers, I had only asked for a trim, hoping this would even my ends out. This was a routine procedure I had done multiple times before at my trusted hairdresser with great results, sadly not the case here. The woman also overcharged me; £70 instead of £40 as she had initially promised for the straightening procedure. I am disgusted.
