AVOID AVOID AVOID! I’ve been to this salon twice and have never experienced such disgusting customer service. They treat you as if you’re an inconvenience, charge extortionate prices for poor jobs and are just downright rude and ill mannered. Someone needs to give them a lesson in customer service. I honestly don’t understand how they’ve managed to stay open for all these years. I would give them no stars if it was an option.

Regina’s Hair Salon is a great place, with great people and with great service. Those complaining, are literally complaining about irrelevant things.

Exceptional service from Victor. Was daunting when i first looked at him considering he is only a youngun..but he outshined my expectations!!! I soooo love my new haircut and will continue to frequent that salon for as long as i am in Oxford
