had a bit of ahome hair colour disaster which the lovely staff at Ice fixed. very knowledgable and excellent friendly service. also the coffee is served beautifully! Lovely Saturday Girls too....if youre allowed to say Saturday girls that is.Had a really great experience in this salon. wouldnthesitate to recommend

Receptionist fitted me in last minute - which was appreciated. They didn't have a junior stylist so they said that they would pair me up with another more senior one for the same price - all good. However, the stylist was horrendous. He chopped into my hair without asking me about the style I wanted, and when I asked him not to include any layers he chopped a horrible blunt one (because he thought it would look better!). Rounded off the whole experience at the till by telling me that he "was worth more than what I was paying"! I wouldn't've paid him anything if I could have. Sorry, but I will not be returning.

Went in for a quick fringe trim as I was in headington for 3 weeks and couldn't wait another two for my haircut. Fit me in straight away, was in and out in 5 minutes, and as they weren't busy they didn't charge me. Did a good job (and i get nervous with my fringe as I've had bad trims before), would go back again.

Had a beauty treatment in the spa. Lovely relaxi g environment with friendly staff. Would highly recommend this spa!!
