Receptionists really need training in customer service...... I really don't appreciate being spoke to like I'm a toddler! Dismissive and condescending, instead of actually just answering the questions that have been asked......
On behalf of the Brownlee family thank you for your dedication to our family and the wider demographic throughout these unprecedented times you are exceptional. Amazing nursing, reception and administrative staff who are always so helpful under demanding circumstances and do their utmost to help in anyway possible. Dr's Stockman, Webb and Moffett provide such professional help there are no words to express our gratitude. The practice is a credit to our Health Service
The best practice I have ever attended. Doctors, Nursing staff and all Receptionists and Administrative staff are excellent. All my family are with Dr Stockman, Webb and Moffat they are an exceptional for their care and support.
Extremely disappointed with service my daughter is in a dilemma o get through 10 mins late and told ring back tomorrow what a joke lost faith in system for myself years ago but when it comes to a child.
Receptionists are rude and unwanting to help. Can see why people go with private healthcare.
