Called this morning and got a time today for 2.00pm. Went down and only had to wait 10mins past my time.The receptionist was very professional in her duties and approachable when asked by other members of the public for guidance. The nurse who dealt with me sorry but forget her name was very informative & professional. A real treat to be dealt with in a very short space of time by very caring and professional team. Thank you so much.
I unfortunately had to attend this facility today and was dreading it. I had to phone from outside the building and speak to a nurse to make an appointment as I was unable to get through before I arrived. The system set up is very very poor and very stressful for the staff working there. Was seen quickly and treated exceptionally well. Well done to all staff working under conditions put in place by management who quite frankly couldn't run a bath.
They couldn't have been more helpful, from my initial phonecall to say that I'd be attacked by a dog to the actual visit to hospital was so very efficient. Thank you so much for all of your help from reception to the nurse.
The actual medical staff are lovely but the old lady at reception with grey curly hair need to be more patient and have some manners! Extremely rude!
My little boy is autistic he was seen by Lisa in an environment that made him comfortable and x-rayed by Jason who told him all about what was going on. They both made sure he was comfortable and happy with what was going on throughout
Very impressed with this place! I needed stitches for a deep cut after stepping on a broken glass. Amazing service, friendly, efficient and attentive. I was in and out within 20 minutes, special thanks to a lovely Nurse Jane who took care of me!
Absolutely brilliant, everyone so helpful, kind, friendly, very understanding & reassuring. I received the warmest welcome & gentle speedy care. Can't praise them highly enough.
Fantastic care at the minor injuries unit for my young daughter who had a head injury. The nurse Angela was really lovely and put us both at ease. Seen fairly quickly and quality care given. Thank you!
Brilliant unit. I was in and out within 25 minutes. In that time my ankle was triagedS/N Judith? , sent for xray, back for results badly sprained ankle and had elastic bandage applied. Great staff. Thank you so much.
A non existent appointment system. Shambolic and shameful.
