Lovely food, great prices. Really enjoyed our meal here. Lasagne was one of the best I've had. Nice family friendly pub with a good atmosphere. Service from staff really good too. Highly recommended

We had a Wonderful Christmas dinner, full plates of all of what your Christmas dinner should have and more! Very friendly and thoughtful staff especially as both elderly parents were unable to join us due to illness and let us take their Christmas dinner to them, very much appreciated. Definitely worth the 5 stars given and would recommend to friends as we left with rather full tummies and very content. Thankyou all for super day.

Red Lion today was brilliant.  My colleagues and disabled people we look after took them to the pub as they welcome all customers with no restrictions.  The food was plentiful and very quick after ordering.

Late meal which was very good.   Live music very good.   Staff very pleasant compared to the beefeater we tried before.   Parking good.

Really nice meal,very big pub and very clean.forgot some of my order but was served by friendly staff and value for money.will go there again.also do a good breakfast.

Great pub.  Stopped on way back home, slight detour off A34.  Really friendly and helpful staff.  Food was very good and reasonable prices too.  Would recommend if in the area.

Have been to  meals at The Red Lion.  Have always enjoyed them.  Went this week with a visiting friend and we ordered a sandwich , Prawns in Marie Rose Sauce. The sliced bread was so dry, like toast and just 5 prawns.  Such a shame.

Very friendly pub, has juke box, pool table, tele, which all goes towards making a very enjoyable environment.

Value for your money here nice spacious pub sport's on TV s machine bandits background music and pub food again at good prices... lager's bitter s and cider's large outdoor area free parking... well worth a visit to!!!!
