Worst bank branch ever stay away they can't even pick up the phone but when they want to sell you something they somehow are able to find a phone to ring you. One star is generous

Don't answer the phone, had my card but failed to tell me, RBS on a whole are the worst bank! now changing banks !

Phoned them 12 times this morning no answer. Checked the opening times on here apparently there open for 15 mins on a Saturday what's the point.

(NO STAR RATING) Bloody useless.... I've rang then 5 times in the past 10 mins and they've not picked up at all. At this stage I wouldn't have minded getting put through to an Indian call centre. At least then I'd actually have someone on the phone trying to help me.
