Nice bank, usually busy. Get seen to quick but have deposit machine to (think it takes up to 50 notes at a time and can take cheques). Service is "excellent* or that's what they want you to say (if you know you know). It's a shame Lloyds Bank seem to have shorter operating hours compared to other banks. They even close early on  Saturdays!

Excellent customer service. The interior of the building is also outstanding, with comfortable and cozy seating and nice layout. Staff are very friendly, and will always try to aid in sorting out any issues or problems.

Hands down the WORST customer service I have encountered in all my 20 years. I was made to wait for a shocking 13 minutes only to be answered by some useless 'assistant' who continuously murmured. At the end of it, after following her instructions I was told to go to the branch!!!! The audacity they had! I brand the customer service a disgrace to the company and in dire need of improvement.

Excllent coustomer service by the assistant manager at the rochdale branch i was panicking about having the correct id but he was more than reasuring that my provisonal driving lincence was more than ok thanks again diddent catch his name ☺☺☺☺
