I actually like the bank ... Would have given 5 stars but dropped 2 because they virtue signal the pride flag ...
COVID beware...Not a reflection of staff friendliness, but no mask / shield on reception assistant / usher, whose direct contact brings customers in from the queue. 'Mask' exemptions don't include 'face shields' in the UK, why hasn't common sense kindly tasked the unprotected to duties out of prime customer contact or at least being a shield / screen? Surely it's all about care for each other, especially in public facing positions?
Useless bank that's opening hours don't help anyone who actually works for a living! When all the other banks in town are open till at least 3 on a Saturday, NatWest close at half 12!! And their atms outside the building don't have any paying in facility! What is the point! I have to take time off work just to pay in a cheque! I often wonder why I still bother putting up with such a useless bank!
What a rubbish costumer service! just called three times, and after 1h disconnected each time!!! how can i contact NatWest??? anyone knows?
Very helpful and friendly staff and a really good bank but really do need to get an online app like other banks so people can pay cheques online without having to only go into town to use the machines to do so.
Im a business customer yet Im unable to pay money or cheques in on a Saturday because they only open mon-fri till 3, like most people i work past 3pm so can't make during the week Metro bank can have my business they manage to stay open 7 days a week.

Nat west branches shut too early! They should stay open at least one night until 6pm.
Awful queue time makes me happy to wait lol
So slow and small annoying staff that pounce on you as soon as you walk in the door and hard to access disabled enterance - very glad it's not my bank
