I've been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get through to your 24 hour 7 days a week hotline. I just thank goodness I'm not calling from abroad. I've given up as the line has just dropped. It okay to state these services but not when they aren't legitimate!

Gave one star because I couldn't give none. I've been with Nationwide for many years and used to recommend them to everyone. However, in the last ten years, at least they have become as greedy as any bank, looking after themselves rather than serving customers and providing products that benefit customers (rather than lining their own pockets). Abysmal products and services, which is not the fault of those who are customer facing. Nationwide have systematically destroyed all accounts that I was happy with and that worked for our family. I am disgusted with their gimmicky offerings that replaced accounts that worked. Sadly, there don't appear to be any alternative building societies/banks who do care for their customers and offer good deals.

Been with Nationwide all my life. Very good service, but it wouldn't hurt to have more staff and stay open longer on Saturday.

There is always a queue no matter when you visit. You would think they could employ more staff but these people are BANKERS!
