Rang 7 times ! Each time lasted about 6 minutes before it said no answer and i had to ring back again. And was still no answer. I understand there will be busy times but there must be someone to answer a phone ? Heard this from a few people who bank woth the rbs pemberton branch. Maybe somthing you ma want to look into. Other than that,When i go into store always friendley and helpfup staff.

Staff want to try answering the phone at this place 40 mins befor they shut so no reason why calls should be ringing out

I run a charity called CAST NORTH WEST. We have just received funding of £160 000 to develop the new site at Newburgh. I have tried to open a new account as the funds need to in a separate account than CAST normally use. The task I have had to try and complete this as been horrendous, no help from club and societies business support and complication after complication. This task started 5 week ago and still no joy after numerous automated messages saying they where dealing with my dilemma. I feel that the royal bank of Scotland have no importance to small charities unless you deal with millions. I need to complete this task by next week or lose money that the charity as worked hard to receive, but no one as taken a blind bit of interest. I have called the branch 4 times throughout the day and no one answered. It just makes me wonder where small charities fit into the new Williams and Glynn. I will be changing the bank account!!
