I went into this bank today and I can’t believe what they did for me actually brought a tear to my eye thank you so much Susie you are the best ever
Just waited 1hr and 10 minutes on the phone and still couldn't through despite our call being important to them apparently! Bring back the personal banking of yesterday year certainly a lot better than the banking of today!!
the staff are fantastic and always ready to assist me in my wheelchair. The reason for 4 stars. Im in a wheelchair and access are 2 large steps. Staff come ready with ramp to help in and out.. BUT the button to press is on the level of second step and out of reach. I have pointed this out to the staff many times, but its still there. As the other bank is now closed I have no other option than to shout for assistance. PLEASE.. move the bell.. Chris

For nearly a month now I have been trying, most of the time unsuccessfuly, to gain online access to my acounts. I have tried on line, by telephone and by personal interview at both Hereford and Worcester branches, to resolve this problem but to no effect. I am now told I can no longer make an appointment at Hereford, but must queue up on arrival and wait my turn to see some junior person who almost certainly will not be able to solve my problem. I have banked with NatWest for nearly 60 years. Today there is no reward for customer loyalty and the concept of providing a service has disappeared. The sole function of a bank, like NatWest, seems now to be that of prostrating itself before the altar of Profit. The customer only matters when there is a prospect of making more money out of him. I rest my case.
Update: NOW 10 Months to open an Account?? Told to call number on back of card as APPARENTLY NO-ONE can sort this out in the branch. CALLED and guess what........they cant sort it either. The ineptitude is staggering. Even after 40 mins waiting on the phone, they damn well forgot about me???

Very inefficient. Always a hugely long queue. Once I had to wait over an hour, many times its more than 30 minutes.
