the staff are fantastic and always ready to assist me in my wheelchair. The reason for 4 stars. Im in a wheelchair and access are 2 large steps. Staff come ready with ramp to help in and out.. BUT the button to press is on the level of second step and out of reach. I have pointed this out to the staff many times, but its still there. As the other bank is now closed I have no other option than to shout for assistance. PLEASE.. move the bell.. Chris
