Really nice staff and quirky interior. The seating area outside in the back is the place to sit! It's got a calm feel despite having a train line next to it! The food is really well priced and I'm impressed by the size of the pizzas and quality of ingredients. Also £10 for a bucket of beers helps everything! Recommend!
Having been there many times it is always good and even great! The food is wonderful and the place is decorated in such a beautiful and relaxed vibe. Lingering over some wine and dinner is exactly why I booked my X-mas party there with my friends! Value for money and lovely service. An oasis in Kilburn and eating out in the back yard in the summer an added plus! GO you will love it! :-
£5 for a pizza and a soft drink or alcohol is more than good value. They also have a hidden away garden ideal for the summer nights. Good service. They do not accept AMEX. I will be going again for sure.
I have to say I have frequented this Restaurant on a number of occasions over the years and have always found the food & service quite good. I am a little surprised at what happened on this occasion and hope this is merely a one-off. Went there with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. Sadly the evening was marred by the poor service and the waitress/waiters lack of customer care. We had to wait an hour and a half for our pizzas. Neither the Waitress/waiter came over to offer an explanation as to why our order was taking so long. A member of the group had to go up a few times to make enquires. When the pizzas finally arrived some were either cold or uncooked and were sent back. No form of apology was extended to us throughout the evening. Very disappointing
I love this place. Very nice pizza and beer or wine at amazing value prices. Unfortunately they seem to be closing early before 7pm these days so I never get to go there anymore. I hope that changes.
Best pizzas ever. Great value for money. No point to pay more for a pizza in better known pizza restaurants. Same quality if not better. Service has improved a lot since I started going a few months ago.
Avoid. Never great food, surly service, but at five pounds who cares right? However, when something goes a bit wrong their true colours show. I only had a credit card on me new debit card is being delivered, so I checked the sign on the door to see if they accepted visa before going in. When the £9.95 bill came they insisted there was a £15 limit and refused to take payment. This was followed fifteen minutes of the waiter insisting they couldn't do anything because 'they just work there' and repeatedly suggesting I see if the cashpoint over the road could give me cash. As if I'm going to screw over my credit rating by getting cash out on a credit card! Then another member of staff came over and started blankly repeating that I 'should have asked' about the spending limit, as if a £15 limit in a zone 2 restaurant is a common thing. I offered to pay an extra 50p or a pound to cover any fees - which has been possible at every pub I've ever been to with a similar, though always lower, limit. Refused. Was sorely tempted just to walk out, but I didn't want these staff to loose any wages - no matter how bad they were at their jobs. Ended up having to buy two bottles of Peroni to up the bill. No customer service. No attempt to problem solve. Terrible place, terrible people. Don't go.
The only private and Lovely back garden sitting area in Kilburn. Good value for many and welcoming staff. If you want to dash away from the high street This is definitely the place to be!
Very average pizza & meal. Many great restaurants in the surrounding area, do not be fooled by the price. Salmon pasta was unedible by all in the group and management unhelpful & rude when politely brought to their attention. Avoid. Far far Better food & service only two minutes down the road at Little Bay!!
Avoid like the plague would be my advice! I would give no stars if i could. We went on Saturday for a family dinner and were treated appallingly by all of the staff. We waited for 2 hours and had only had starters - which given they were essentially garlic bread or tomato toast called euphemistically bruschetta is pretty pathetic. We had to ask at least twice for everything and physically go in and ask at the bar or ask the waiters for the drinks. When we said we wanted to go as we had had enough, all we got was smirks from the staff. Given the fact that our family has visited this restaurant frequently over the last 7 years, we really weren't impressed. Conclusion: Rude, crap food, avoid!
