Excellent service just when I needed it, I was in a rush to send parcels after a terrible day. The gentleman was extremely calm kind and reassuring
Best service I have ever received! After filling in three wrong passport forms and being so stressed the gentleman and the lady were nothing but helpful. They checked all my documents without charging me anything at all. Very polite and nice people.
Absolutely brilliant service every time I visit Ratby Post Office. Open all hours. Convenient if you need post office services and to pick up convenience foods at the same time. Owners and staff are very friendly.

Absolutely abysmal.. this people shouldn't be running a post office .. never again I I will use them.. went in today to post a parcel the owner was refilling the milk instead of serving me said I will be with you in a minute.. I was already late I said I can't really wait and he said I will be with you in a minute.. carrying on so I left never 3ver will use the stupid arrogant idiot again..
Terrible service. . So glad I've moved out the area so don't have to visit this place anymore. Lost parcels and even gave me somebody elses parcel even though I'd just shown them my ID. They have'nt got a clue.
The village post office hub of the community £6.00 for a 50ml bottle of hand sanitiser, thats not my idea of community spirit disgraceful, cashing in on this dreadful situation for personal gain.
Online says open until 3pm on a Saturday went round at 2:45 and already closed
Not open past 1200 as having work done ? Well done for wasting a special journey to collect my parcel now I have to wait 2 working days for a 're delivery.
Always an excellent friendly service a credit to the village.
