Terrible customer service.veey sad for the local village post office. A simple return that was able to be carried out at another post office 10monutes later. All it was here was 'computer says no'. Sadly won't be using my local again and continue going to the further away one.
This is a brilliant post office. The staff are cheerful, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. I've been using Groby Post Office on an almost daily basis since my local PO closed down in Feb 2020, and I have to say I have found the service to be excellent. Highly recommended!
A Fabulous Post Office. Helpful and efficient service. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. It's well stocked with an array of cards, stationary and gifts. They offer a check and send passport service as well as travel insurance and currency.
it used to be amazing the new owners have just the slowest woman on heart serving and another that is ok... don't even think you can go in and spend less than 30 minutes even is the place is empty.. I got so frustrated that now I avoid going in at all cost.. shame as I have bean using this post office for over 30 years.. my advice is to get rid of the very tiny lady with dark hair and employ someone else
Terrible, sent a small parcel from here last week 22/04/2014. Gentleman serving was too busy talking to the other members of staff, so had to wait for several minutes to be served there were 4 members of staff behind the counter and only two customers in the shop. When i was served he fail to weigh the parcel and as a result put the wrong postage on it. The recipient than had to pay the excess postage as well as a handling fee.
Since it's been refurbished it has better opening hours and more services. The staff are really helpful. So glad it didn't shut down I'd be lost without it.
