Absolutely lovely, was sending off a parcel, and the lady helped me to both make the box and seal it properly so it can reach the destination safely. I was pretty clueless about the whole thing, so her help was much appreciated!

Honest husband and wife team who work hard to give a service to the area. I've known of difficult customers and can understand their need to not suffer fools. Show some respect and manners and they'll serve you fairly. It goes both ways.

I have always use this post office, the couple in there are very nice all the time (and sometimes even joke with the public) They are very helpful and friendly. Is my personal opinion. Thank you

From my experience its like that they dont know how on earth to do their job. Unprofessional, bad attitude towards customers and inpolite. Especially avoid using moneygram here. Will not visit them again, I hope they know that they are not the only post office in Leicester.
