I’m giving my review because this is always happening, for years now. My experience with this post office is always negative, the packages that I sent to Portugal are always returned. The last one that I sent, I told her that the value was 26,30£ and she puts a value of ninety something - pounds.nI don’t know what she wrote, the only thing that I know was when my daughter went to pick the package the customs in Portugal asked for the invoices. I didn’t have any invoices because the things that I send to her, were things that I had at home and I send them to decorate her new house. They don’t value much they are made of wood, a pair of small elephants; a cat; two withe glass angels, not crystal, and one or more thing, valuing seven to eleven pounds top. I sent a few things for her hair to, that I bought on Amazon, I told the employee that was bits and bods, and I wrote every single idem and the approximate value, the things for her hair I put the exact value. The same happens with Amazon returns, I pack everything and they take out of the box that I put the idem on to return it. When it’s things like tables covers, things that if I like the quality I kept them, if not I return. I bought a tablet, I didn’t even took him out of the original package. I put tablet back, in to the Amazon box to return it safely. They made took tablet, out of the Amazon box, and put the package with the tablet inside a white envelope. They mock, when I go more than once to return an Amazon package. It’s too much! I go several times to this post office because it’s near my house, and every single time they treat me in an uncomfortable way, with bad attitude. It’s normal, that takes longer, if I’m returning more than one idem. I have to be sure that the labels are correct. They are impolite, they start talking in another language with each other, with annoying faces and being rude with me. The Royal Mail should employ, nicer employees, or close that post office. I only go there because it’s near, and I can go on foot, it’s really a shame because if I’m going to be treated without any respect it’s better too go to the city centre. Either way, something should be done, it’s unfair that public is the one who gets harmed, because of impolite and rude employees.
Priya and the team at my local post office are extremely helpful and proficient at their jobs, they even stayed late one time to assist me with an Amazon return.nnThe service they run is second to none.

The most untrained, rude staff I have ever come across….the two ladies with glasses one. Very very unpleasant set of staffs. If not for proximity I won’t be any where in such place . Rude staffs !
