We had some pension vouchers that we received from the government and thought we could cash them in at the post office. The post office couldn’t except them but the lady behind the counter was most polite and helpful and suggested places where we could cash them in. We often use this P/O and would highly recommend.

Sent a item abroad 3-4 weeks ago which wasn't delivered. Went to get some help from the office as i sent the parcel from there and was told to do so from royal mail over the phone. Got to the counter and was practically shouted at by the lady at the counter who didn't really wanna hear what i had to say. I advised the lady i came here to get some help as i sent my parcel from here and not to be shouted at. Horrible customer service. That lady doesn't know how to speak to people in the community.
Always very helpuf, very kind and looking after me really well. I've never had any issues and extra help was offered to me to run my business. Customer service is outstanding. I've been with that PO for nearly 10 years and they always go extra mile.

This place has treated me well some days, poorly other days. Today, I had around 50 parcels to deliver and waited outside the shop using social distancing in the queue for 20 minutes or so. Then, another 5 minutes inside before being asked to step aside whilst the "emergency parcels" are done. On the basis that "emergency parcels" are 1-2 parcels or no more than 5 and that I'd have to wait until all of the other customer's parcels were done before mine were done. I've spend a huge amount of money with this post office over the last 2 months and I'd expect a little more respect. How can you assume my parcels aren't "emergency" and tell me that the customers with fewer parcels are doing it for their "livelihood"? I run a business to keep food on my table and in these times of economic distress, a little empathy and kindness from the post office would help. I waited for an extra 10 minutes until the "emergency orders" were being done then I thought to myself, why am I waiting when my service has been so poor and with such frustration - with no indication of when I will be served? I won't be going to this post office, because of the extremely poor service, it's diabolical to say the least.
Can’t use this Post office any more! A couple of years ago the staff were very friendly & helpful always with a smile & a hello. Now no interaction from staff ! & also due to changes in the post office sticking extra shelving everywhere with nothing worth selling ! & myself having mobility issues & having to use equipment I am annoyed that no one has reported them under the DDA as it is totally not disability/ accessible around the inside & means I can no longer use it !!!! When u think that there are many elderly/ disabled people in the area & other post offices not local makes me so angry having to rely on others to do the jobs I would be able to do myself if I could travel to other more considerate premises
I went to the post office the other day on lunch break and found it so nice to see the care they gave their customers. There was a queue with a few OAPs. One gentleman was having issues with his card and pin and the staff member came out to help him at the chip and pin. It’s so nice to see staff caring for their customers and seeing the people behind the job.
Reliably abysmal customer service. Staff are moody and obviously regard customers as an inconvenience. Multiple staff members over multiple visits too, no chance it was just a bad day. Frequently closes before the time listed on the Royal Mail website and staff are completely unapologetic.
An effort at customer service would've been nice. No smiles, no "hello". I felt like I was being irritating to staff just for being there. My 3 year old summed it up perfectly when we walked out saying to me, "she wasn't a very nice lady was she mummy?" I won't be going back there. Only giving it 2 stars because I got a parking space outside and there wasn't a long queue.
