Thankfully, I don't often need to visit my GP but when I do, it's a fully struggle to get seen. An all out battle to queue at 8am every morning which within 10mins all the appointments are gone. After that you can request a phone call but you'll only have to wait exactly one month! I kid you not. Next appointment on the phone is 30 days away. Sharpen up. The community needs availability to their GPs.
I just don’t understand the negative reviews for Randalstown Health ClinicnnI don’t need to visit the GP too often but recently I needed tonnI can’t praise the staff at reception the practice nurses and the GP’s enoughnnI know everyone is different and I can only speak for my experiencennBut I just think the service and care at the clinic is first class
Booked a non-urgent appointment with ease. When arrive, really friendly and professional staff. Big shout out to Dr Berringer especially.
I've been phoning for the last 3-4 weeks to make an appointment.... ringing from 9am to 9:30am everyday.. 30 - 40 phone calls..... and I still can't get an appointment.... Used to be far better under Dr mcilroy senior... I'll be moving away from this practice in the next few weeks if it doesn't improve...nCovid is over move on and get with the program... ffs...
Second time I’ve had to rush home to collect a script that would be “ready after 4pm today” that wasn’t ready - won’t be ready today either. I’m taking time out of work in Belfast to follow an instruction given by reception that doesn’t compute with the rest of the clinic or pharmacy
