The staff received us with a smile and explained to us each and every procedure in detail. They made sure what and why they were doing it. Loved the staff.

My daughter broke the leg off her glasses and returned them to SpecSavers to see if they could be repaired. She expected them to be sent away but they were fixed there and then with no charge. Excellent customer service - well done!

I got my eyes tested recently and purchased new glasses. I was very happy with both the price and selection of glasses on sale. The glasses I chose are a good fit and I’m very pleased with them.  I found the staff very helpful and friendly and the hygiene standards were high. All in all a good experience

Had an appointment yesterday with Davin. He was fantastic. Highly professional, friendly and went out of his way to accommodate me to get lenses for a sports game I have this weekend. Brilliant service and staff.

I’m pleased with my reading glasses although they still feel tight even after adjustment. It’s a shame that the 2nd pair I’d chosen weren’t ready on the same day and I had to travel another 30 miles to collect them the following day

Excellent customer service. My prescription changed and I recently moved house, so there was lots of admin and arranging. Specsavers in Antrim were friendly, helpful and first class at communicating. This is the standard all businesses should have.

Both my children attended today one for the first time. Although I am a happy customer there anyway I observed excellent customer service in this store. Despite a difficult covid time they were upbeat , friendly and so helpful to my son whose eyes were inflamed due to an animal allergy. I wish I got everybodys names but Adam was one who helped us plus a lady whose name I didnt get not sure if the manager . My children were impressed seeing the pictures of their eyes. Having worked in customer service for 18yrs I would highly recommend them.
