Used to be decent but now becoming ridiculous. Getting foreign doctors who are impossible to understand and also they dont understand you. 3 times explained the issue to doctor just to get asked what is the issue? And then having to ring about 400 times just to not get through or to be told no appointments available. Staff needs to be trained better. Disgraceful.

I cannot fault my medical practice reception staff.  They are so very efficient, and very polite.  Always go the extra mile.  Dr Kidd & Cosgrove.

Great staff. Can't say the same about the doctors

The staff are brilliant,  but it can be very difficult to get an appointment with your GP, as this can only be done between 8.30 am and 9 am each morning . Even if you get in to the phone cue, there's a good chance you'll be kicked out of it because the phone line can't cope with that activity.  Apart from that, it's a great health centre

It is what it is. Always clean, tidy and professional staff
