This is without doubt the worst telling phone system ever. For 3 days now I've rang at 08.30 for call back or appointment. Each day I've rang over 150 times and have never managed to get through before 09 00 deadline

My 94 year-old mother spent over an hour attempting to get through this morning and then was informed that she would get a phone call next Monday 1 week!. As someone who has worked in the NHS it is a sad indictment of the current service that elderly patients in need are sidelined to this extent.

Tried over 30+ times to get through the line cuts you off after 1 second and you have to keep pressing redial and hoping you are lucky..... wouldn't fancy being in an emergency....phone system is poor.... always found staff pleasant when you eventually are lucky enough to get through ....

Have to say went in today I know nothing about paint but there was a fella called Chris made it so much more easier for me he explained what paint was for what & sorted me out very quickly great staff great atmosphere  about the shop & can't wait to go back

Worst doctor I've ever had. Phone is rarely answered and when it is you sometimes get attitude back. Doctor doesn't call you back dispite asking for a call back. Mental health aid is severely lacking and your left to handle it alone.

Very poor, under resourced, stressful appointment booking system!! I feel for the elderly trying to access an appointment. Unacceptable!

Extremely difficult to see a doctor however if you do get an appointment the place is empty and there is no waiting. In fact you are generally seen early.

Woeful service. Phones rarely answered, and when they are - despite being on hold from 8.30- I get told there are no appointments available and to phone again tomorrow at the same time. I do so, and the same thing happens again. If you are lucky enough to get a callback from the Dr, then they can't get you off the phone quick enough.

Never answer the phone, always an issue with my prescriptions and some of the staff don't seem to understand urgency

Not a great place to be great when you can get an appointment but that's not very often
