A family-friendly dental practice, in the lovely mid-Antrim town of Randalstown.

Story

A family friendly practice, in a modern purpose built building overlooking the River Maine in Randalstown. We are able to offer a wide range of treatments, both for maintaining oral health and for improving cosmetic appearance. There are currently 6 dentists and a hygienist working at RDC. We are assisted by our 5 dental nurses and full time receptionist. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Lovely dental practice from reception right through. Nicola was first class, very professional, appointments always on schedule no waiting time. After having the ruby package, I would highly recommend.
I wanted to leave this review today after my two sons visited James. James was brilliant with them - everything you’d ever want from a dentist for a 3 and 4 year old!nnI have been seeing Catherine Robb for years and she has always been brilliant too. Always greets me with a smile which is so reassuring.
Lovely dental practice, friendly reception staff and very professional dentists. I have been for general check ups and recently had a filling replaced. Very pleased that they were able to see me and do the treatment so quickly, the dentist also took time to make sure the filling felt right. The dentist took time to answer my questions and put me at ease, and gave good advice. I would highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic dentist could not recommend high enough and do recommend to anyone who is looking for a exceptionally professional passionate and patient practice.nnWill say at the start for people who don't want to read my long full review for those who do look below.nnWould like to kick this review off by saying that I have a serious phobia of the dentist and for a long time I could not even fathom visiting the dentist unless it had gotten to the point that it was a unbearable issue.nnAs a result of this I have been to a number of dentists trying to find one that I was willing to let near me in general never mind touch my teeth. It was my partner who said that I should try out Randalstown Dental Clinic as she had been a patient there since she was a child and she thought from her experiences with them that I would be okay with them.nnTo say that I was doubtful was a understatement but I was willing to give it a try as I had neglected my dental health for long enough and even still she had to come with me to make sure I didn't chicken out and not go to my initial consult.nnI was given Catherine Robb as my dentist, my parter had to go in first and explain my situation with my phobia. I was taken in after and everything was done at my pace, I was reassured that I could stop at any point that I felt uncomfortable. At the end of the appointment due to me not having seeing a dentist in a while and not having the best dental health history I needed a fair bit of work.nnNot the best news to hear as a patient who is one loud noise from sprinting out the door but again I was repeatedly assured that it could be done in as small parts as I was willing to do and again could stop when I wanted to.nnThe next few appointments I still needed someone to come with me, mostly to ensure that I actually went to the appointment. Over those next few appointments I slowly started to trust and have faith in Catherine along with her dental nurse Ann and as a result I begun to settle some with seeing the dentist.nnI was able to start to visit on my own with out worry of turning round mid trip to head home. Everyone in the practice was great with me I was able to have conversations with those on reception before my appointment again helping me to relax a bit and then again after when booking my next appointment.nnJumping ahead to today I would not say that I have gotten over my phobia with the dentist but what I would say is with the way that Catherine and Ann along with everyone else at the practice have handled my treatment and me personally I trust them and though I still don't like going to the dentist I at least do not fear them personally.nnThank you if you have read my long winded review but thought that all points were important to me and hope that would help with anyone else looking for a dentist especially if you have a phobia.nnIf you are looking a dentist honestly give Randalstown Dental Clinic a chance you won't regret it and as for me they have me as a patient for life.
