I have been with this practice for many years.All staff have been very professional and as a disabled person they have treated me with respect and have shown a real duty of care. I was in pain today and rang this morning to see if I could get an appointment for next week.I was called back within 2 hours and was seen that afternoon. Problem sorted. Highly recommend and don't listen to all the nay sayers.
Worst dentist in antrim as an existing patient I wasn't allowed to return to get my broken tooth fixed its been broke for 2 years it has been filled twice already by here, then to be told my check up should be in January but not to bother getting it because I will be okay I will not be trying to return here again!
WORST and most UNRELIABLE downright useless dentist in Northern Ireland! My sister in Extreme pain, extreme swelling, phoning for over a week and a half, receptionists cheeky and saying they haven’t got the time to see, along with getting annoyed when we kept phoning for an emergency appointment. Id advise NO ONE ever registers here, and go elsewhere! Ive seen better reliability in a rusted door hinge than this dental surgery! Downright awful!! Complaint has been forwarded to NI Health Board!! Downright disgrace to the Northern Irish health services.
Family member contacted the practice, having suffered dental pain for 48 hours, advised to ring back a week later, which was the next day his dentist was working. When telephoned back informed that he was no longer registered and refused to see him or make a referral to urgent care. Thankfully Clear Dental surgery made the referral and has appointment tomorrow. This practice has no duty of care nor compassion towards their patients who have been using the service as a family for 20 odd years. Left an individual in pain for over 10 days, absolutely disgusted that people are treated this way Shameful
The receptionist at this surgery has to be the most cheekiest, arrogant, condescending person I have ever spoken to in all my life! Anyone who I have mentioned her to all agree with me. Such a shame because she really is bringing down the name of the surgery. Anyone who works here really should be aware at how bad she is making you all look.
Rang for an emergency appointment only to be told they couldn’t see me because I haven’t made an appointment for over 18months. Receptionist was not helpful at all, when questioned about why I had not received notification about being struck off their client list she said they were too busy to text or send a letter and it was up to me. I then said that most places have been closed for 10months due to covid I was told sorry nothing we can do other than put your name down for registration in April or May which is 3-4 months away. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
Staff are friendly and helpful. My kids love David as he puts them at ease and makes visiting the dentist less scary. I go to Joan and again she provides great service and treatment. No hesitation in recommending them at all.
The worst service at reception. Is not possible to get urgent apt, every time i have to ring next week. Talking very rude with me it looks like this is my own problem, that sore teeth. No excuses, i would like to make complaint for this.
I was not registared with a dentist and one of my fillings came out. Decided to call up. Spoke to receptionist who gave me an apointment for a week and a bit away, booked it off work. it was for a monday around 12.30. Monday at around 11am I had my break at work and found a missed call and a text message saying my appointment had been cancelled so I phoned. I was told that the apointment had been cancelled and was not given a reason why. I asked if there was any other time that day I could be seen or if there was another dentist there who could see me and was told that if I had answered the call this morning then I could have got another time that day but at this time no. I explained that I work from 9 to 5 and dont have access to my phone during work. Personally I think that if you know you are going to cancel someones appointment that day who is in pain with a missing filling, then it would be polite to keep them a space later in the day, you may not have been able to speak with me at 9am , however once I see the message or if I had shown up at the practise for my 12.30 appointment it would have bee appreciated to be offered an alternative time. The next available appointment was 1 week later. Needless to say I cancelled this due to my bad experience on my first appointment with your practise. I called another practise who were happy to see me the day after you cancelled my appointment. I do not reccomend this practise based on the receptionist which a few people seem to have issues with on these reviews.
Like many have said already, Receptionist is rude, condisending and seems just bad at her job. Didn't get past receptionist attitude to rate the actual dentist.
