This store is mind-blowing. It's like stepping into a movie scene when you're there. The attention to detail and the overall atmosphere are incredible. I'm really impressed. Plus, they have an extensive selection of Polo Ralph Lauren clothing, probably one of the biggest collection in the world. Honestly speechless at this beautiful store.
My friend took me to this store after I mentioned I wanted to downgrade my blouses to ones that don’t require dry cleaning. I didn’t have a great experience at first, but then I met Edu, who was incredibly helpful and set a high standard for service. I ended up buying two cotton shirts, which I really wear a lot and brought two more friends to the store because Edu fixed the issues from previous miscommunications and orders. Also, thanks for the sparkling water and snacks. Make sure to look for Edu if you're stuck waiting endlessly for service or need help finding something to buy, whether in-store or online.
This is the most amazing Ralph Lauren store I've ever visited. The variety of clothes and accessories is amazing and the home department is just breathtaking. Staff is also very helpful, I loved my shopping here.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Polo Ralph Lauren Bond Street, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff IONA LEVY. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the jacket gorham. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. IONA LEVY kept me informed every step of the way, explaining in detail. I highly recommend visiting the Polo Ralph Lauren Bond Street store. The exceptional service, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and loyalty.
Hmm. I’m really disappointed. The store is absolutely stunning, it’s really well done. But the staff helping made me feel VERY unwelcome. I asked two members of staff where to find a particular coat. The first looked me up and down…visibly and then told me to try the 2nd floor. The second also gave me quite a good look but was then very helpful after I explained what I was looking for. I felt so self conscious! But I checked in a few mirrors. I couldn’t see anything wild or embarrassing! It made me feel that they felt I didn’t belong in this space. And you never know, but I am a woman of colour, I just have a suspicion that my skin tone might have influenced this. Perhaps I should have worn more visibly designer clothes? I don’t know! Not at all used to experiencing this in London.
Bought a lovely wool jumper for my son online for Christmas. We liked it so much, we left a 5 star review on the product. The jumper developed a hole on the chest wall just below the logo. Upon closer inspection the jumper had been stitched and repaired with an almost invisible from the outside 3-4" stitch across the chest wall !. The response from customer care person from Ralph Lauren Pelo? lacked any sort of apology for selling damaged repaired! goods and gave as one option to offer me £40 to keep the jumper - I am speechless! While this is not from the store, I am so surprised with the response received, I feel I need to leave this feedback to raise awareness. Is this the sort of customer care we should expect from Ralph Lauren? While I write this review, the case remains open. Perhaps this is brought to management attention and I get an appropriate apology along with the full refund I requested from customer care.
RALPH LAUREN FLAGSHIP STORE is Highly classic, they will make you feel at home. I Absolutely love this place! Great building, great brand, great location. The atmosphere was great, The home section in the basement is really stylish, not too much range, but a really lovely setting and some really nice things. There is the usual abundance of 'Polo' in several rooms, but as you ascend the stairs, it just gets better. Some really lovely Black Label and Purple Label pieces in there. I often get offered a glass of chilled water with a slice of lemon, or a cappuccino. I really love the clothes I bought.

Coffee was great, the only minus point was the super long wait but staff was super friendly and it‘s a cute spot. Coffee size for Iced Latte was decent as well. I went for a Hazelnut Iced Latte! Nice Café to visit while you‘re shopping for a quick break. Seating inside and outside available.
