I wasn’t planning to buy anything when I walked in, but Sonia helped me find a spectacular dress for my date night in London, and I left with a smile on my face. When I wore the dress the next evening, I was stopped in the street several times and even photographed. Yes, this dress wore me, but I’ve never felt so good in anything ever before. The pricing is wild across $, £, €, but we’ll deal with that another day.
Great customer service . I thought to share what a great experience I had at Marina Rinaldi. Diletta, was very welcoming and genuinely brilliant and very patient , the sales assistants were showing me everything I wanted with no rush. Diletta took it further by calling a tailor to alter a dress. She called the tailor that came by quickly and they did an absolutely perfect job. I am so grateful to the store manager Diletta and the tailor that altered the dress and it looks perfect for my body shape. I hugely recommend them to anyone.
Poor and terrible delivery services through UPS for online purchases. It would be good if Marina Rinaldi had other delivery options. Their delivery through UPS is shockingly terrible and very delayed. Total let down for the pretty outfits they stock... do not rely on Marina Rinaldi if you need a quick delivery. You are better off ordering 6 months in advance to avoid disappointment
Amazing service I been advised from a friend to visit the Marina Rinaldi shop in Central London I bought a lovely dress as a gift for my mum birthday, friendly stuff and very supportive. The store manager was very kind as well Diletta was give me a great advice to choose the right outfit as my mum has got mobility issues I will definitely recommend to my friends to visit the shop.
The customer service I received was amazing!! The staff are an absolute credit to this store. My new dress was the talk of our dinner party. I will definitely be returning to the store with my friends
Pushy pushy pushy. Other places in walking distance where people nicer. Reviews here by men, What kind of place is this? Assiatant followed me round. Wont be going back there.
My online order has not been shipped more than 1 week after having been placed. Customer services are not responsive. Really disappointing.
