I adore this shop; most of the staff members are so nice and attentive. The shop is cozy and occasionally features live piano music. However, there are a few downsides: this Acne Studios location no longer displays sale items, which prevents customers from discovering discounted collections and trying them on. The fitting rooms are very tight and small, and the lack of a lift makes going to the fourth floor every time really exhausting.
Had such an amazing experience here today, the staff members were so kind to offer me water on this hot day and we just kept talking about all sorts of things! They really go above and beyond, can’t wait to visit again one day
Top quality customer service, shout out to Ed. He was very patient and has high attention to details. He made the overall shopping experience a memorable one! I already loved the brand and now it solidifies myself as a returning customer with the excellent in-store service.

I had such a great experience here, mainly thanks to Jess. She really understood what I like, what fits me, and was curious about me as a person. She’s just the sweetest shop attendant I’ve ever seen, and her excellent work should be an example to anyone working in boutiques. The shop itself is really big and beautiful, and the rest of the employees there seemed really nice and keen to help too, no matter if I was looking for a piece of clothing or a nice coffee shop in the area. Very good service. The store is on 3 floors men/women/denim/casuals. The range is limited somehow much more options online. I love their clothes, but not for me, they are more for under 40, trendy, crowd . Prices are quite high of course allow £250 for trousers,£100 tee shirt, £400+ dresses...
Beautiful ex-art gallery space. Especially love the terrace on the 3rd floor. I hope they can invest in a chic coffee machine and make a small coffee corner! And what can I say about Acne Studios? Swedish perfection!!!
Love this shop! It feels very homey and the staff are so easy-going and helpful, without being pushy or too "after you" which does happen in some designer shops...
I love visiting the Acne stores when I travel. They are all so different and beautiful in their own way. This one though, is by far my favourite. It is small but expansive and each floor has a different feel. The top floor was my favorite. It has a staircase that leads to nowhere as the centrepiece. It's very peaceful.
I love this brand and their unique style! I would highly recommend any one who has money to burn passing through Mayfair to visit Dover street to take a look inside. Their denim collection is remarkable and their shop is so contemporary and warm I wish I could fill my whole wardrobe with this brand
