Beware if you want to return something from online you have to pay £5 to return it and this is deducted from your refund amount. Not made clear online!
A&F apparently like to cancel your online orders without any explanation. If you don’t want me to spend money in your shop, I’ll spend it elsewhere.
Don’t order anything from their website, they charge £9 to return anything!
