I recently ordered a Too Good To Go bag from Rainbow Bakery, and I was genuinely shocked by the unprofessional and rude service I received. The lady behind the counter seemed visibly annoyed, barely acknowledging me as a customer. To make matters worse, she muttered something under her breath as she served me, which left me feeling completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. When you're running a business, especially one as intimate as a local bakery, a little courtesy goes a long way. A disappointing experience, and not one I’ll be keen to repeat. Customer service should be as warm as the baked goods – here, it was anything but.

Just purchased 2 J. Patties 1 lamb 1 beef was told they were £2.00 each then charged £2.50 each. NEVER tasted such gloope. Will never purchase from here again...what a disappointment!! Please check your food description.Food: 1/5
First time. I've done a To good to Waste App collection. Gentleman asked my dietary. Which is great. Absolutely top. I've paid 2.50 for 2 patties and a pastrie. I did not eat the patties but the cinnamon bread/cake was absolutely banging. My friend who had the patties enjoyed them and said they were fullnof flavour and still warm. I'll definitely will go back to see what other goodies they have. I saw a cheese buns that looked absolutely delicious. Will be trying that next visit
Unfortunately this place and staff don't know or care how to serve customer's my Dad was in there yesterday and placed on order with the person serving at the time to wait for what he ordered and not just that when person eventually served my Dad again only had audacity repeat what my Dad asked for this person had care in the world to what he was doing. So only reason I go to this place us because my Dad likes the food but for me I can truly miss this place you see its all about customer ser vice which clearly this place does not offer. The bun here was lovely! Freshly baked on the day and very moist and full of spice with just the right amount of fruit not too overpacked. I’ve bought many Caribbean bun from Asian stores that are pre packed already and not very nice at all especially from Tesco where I got one the other day that was very pale in colour too much fruit and no flavour, in fact gave me heartburn horrid! But I recently brought from here and it’s a hit and miss really as normally very nice. But the bun was missing sugar and also glaze, very disappointed! The owners must continue to have consistency to gain positive reviews
Give me the real feel of a real Caribbean Bakery/ food place.The staff are polite warm and willing to help and the food was amazing , My now favourite cake is the coconut turnover that gave me a delicious mouthwatering flavour, will be going back soon, Thanks Rainbow bakery Food: 5/5

For myself & my family bests Fried fish. Curried goat rice and peas and all the other familiar foods of the Caribbean. Hardough bread rolls fresh & soft. And as for the cakes, Especially the coconut Rock cake is my dad favourite. Lovely staff bringing a piece of Saint Lucia into England .C'est bon!
