Small menu but the food is cooked to a high standard and really tasty. The staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Nice choice of well kept beers and ciders. The room we stayed in was a little tired but it was clean and tidy with a lovely view. The current owners are slowly updating everything and haven't been there very long, I'll definitely be returning to see how things progress. I would absolutely recommend this pub.

Excellent service in a pleasant and very friendly place. Couple running the pub went out of their way to be helpful advising about food and drink options. We are new to the area and this was the first time here. The food was perfect and good value and we are already planning our next visit. can't recommend it enough.

Enjoyed Sunday lunch. Lovely food - the roast and burgers were both delicious. Nice beer selection n Friendly service.

Tv didn't work ...wifi only in pub , not in accommodation..food ok ..fish and chips exceptional...people that ran it are very nice ..:)

Great service, lovely food and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you want a coffee, pint or meal the staff are top class. Thanks for a great experience.
