Needed an aerial upgrade for my scanner. Simple phone call, discussed requirements, Sam told me ,I said okay.  Drove over ,great atmosphere very clean too. In summary another excellent example of customer service and satisfaction.  Highly recommend this shop. 5

I'm writing this as a remote point of view.  Prices excellent, Sam took time to listen to what I wanted, no pushy sales.  Also explained good viewing areas. It's a Shane not closer as would like to visit, don't think the other hal would agree, be costly!!

i phoned up radioworld on the 23rd of dec 2022 and asked what was the chances of getting a yaesu ft 710 before xmas ..only to be told that if i ordered it in the next few minutes I would be in luck this was 3pm put in my order as soon as i came off the phone ...and received my xmas present by 10am xmas eve...now thats what you call service thank you everyone at radioworld...happy new year..Mw7fon

What a great place to get radios. I know nothing about ham radio and I went there and the people there were very helpful and very knowledgeable about all aspects of ham radio. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It's nice to discover a retailer like this, a place where the staff are knowledgeable and committed to there trade, any question I asked was answered immediately and accurately. If you want something that's not in stock, instead of the usual shoulder shrug, I was told they could and would get it for me, there wasn't any aspect of my inquiries that went unanswered. Highly recommend this site and its staff..

I purchased the R 881 antenna. This is a great antenna for portable use. I am picking up so much more transmissions from much further away than the stock rubber duck antenna supplied with my Uniden Ubc125xlt. I also have a Skyscan mk2 mag mount to use when camping which brings in more transmissions but for every day home use the R 881 is great. It's not too long or heavy like a telescope one that I have. The BNC connector fits perfectly and isn't wobbly. For air shows I will use the stock antenna for ease of use and close proximity. But for use otherwise this antenna will do very well for me. I even picked up the International Space Station. All in all a great purchase. I am very very happy with it .
