I called prior to arriving in Manchester so my cab could be there when I arrive and avoid any delays in my journey. When I called them they said call closer to the time. I then called them upon arrival in Manchester and they said they have no cars in the area, I was fuming as that was exactly what I was trying to avoid. They then went on to say they can’t even give a time estimate of when they will have a driver. Absolutely rubbish service.
I was charged £10 for £5.10 journey. So i called radio cars to put in an official complaint. As the driver switched off the metre before telling me the cost. I called and spoke to the manager who explained what the driver had told him. I explained I was unhappy with the service and my experience with this driver, but the manager got angry and shouted at me for not accepting his driver's explanation for over charge, and hung up on me during me trying to log my official complaint. I definitely won't use them again. Terrible customer service. Rude beyond belief completely unprofessional . One star is too much credibility
No cars in the City centre on a Tuesday night 12:30am. Terrible.
Disgusting service would never use again. Booked a taxi at 9 pm for my dad 76 at 11.45 pm it finally turned up at 12.15 pm after a conversation with the most argumentative rude and unprofessional person ever who then hung up. I can't believe how rude ur operator was. I will not be using ur service ever again and will letting everyone I know about the horrendous services I have received.
Booked my taxi at 5.30pm via the app and thought i'd call aswell just to make sure and the lady on the phone told me it would be 5 minutes. Called up again just over 5 minutes later to find out where my taxi is just to be told that i'm still in the queue and it would be at least 10 to 15 minutes wait!!! Poor communication!!! Wasted my time when i could have easily booked another taxi elsewhere straight after the call!! NEVER using this company again!!
Dreadful service!!! I have never been spoken to with such appalling attitude. The female who answered the phone appeared to be under the influence of something as her reaction to a simple question was extremely irrational. I cannot believe this company allow such a rude individual to represent them. Looking at the other reviews this is her usual MO. STAY AWAY!!! ....I would have given zero star but I has no choice.
Avoid this taxi company at all costs! Had the rudest lady on the phone who just hung up when I was in the middle of asking the question, after calling repeatedly the other girl kept saying it would be couple of mins yet never turned up! When complained they said they had sent one when they hadn’t as I was outside they then said the rude call girl had got it mixed up never order from here they are ridiculous!
After 2 1/2 hour flight from Spain, phone radio cars they told me where to meet taxi .the taxi driver phoned and said it was easier for him if we walked to departures , after a hour walking round in the rain and with no help from the office he finally drove round to the original meeting point ,and what should of been a 20 minutes drive from the airport took 1 hour 30 minutes .I will never use this taxi firm again and will tell others to do the same .
Taxi hadn't turned up after 25 mins. Kept being told it was 'on its way' and rude operator just kept hanging up on us. Even when I went to cancel and complain after half an hour they were rude and hung up. We will stick with uber, thanks! Do not bother.
Dreadful service. Left waiting at Trafford centre an hour and a quarter. Rude operatives. Phone put down on me. We were stranded. Bussed home. Never, ever use them.
