Used for years and never been a problem, but completely let me down when we needed them the most. I thought they were a professional large company able to cope with a group of 6, clearly not. After a 40min delay from a late flight which landed around 2am , I thought I would be ok , just wanted to get home. Only to find to have been left down by the driver, I called the office only again to be let and told to make my own way home at 2.00 in the morning . The person on the phone was rude and offered zero support. In the end I managed to order an Uber XL which got me home 3 hours later. Need less to say I won't be using them again and urge people to stay away, find you want peace of mind.
I wish I had read the last review, also pre-booked to get a pre-booked train to the airport and guess what, it didn't turn up until 15-20 minutes late, so missed my train! When I called the office they said they booked the closest driver at the time they should have actually picked me up, absolutely rubbish
Next time a driver of yours gets so close to the rear of my motorcycle after doing an illegal u-turn in the middle of a busy road I’m gonna slam on my breaks and see how he likes being done for dangerous driving! If your drivers can’t abide by the laws of the road they shouldn’t be granted taxi licences!
Waited an hour for a five minute taxi kept being told You are next You are a priority there is one turnin right towards you It is Friday afternoon you know. The number of empty white line cars to pass me was ridiculous It does not take much to say it’s not five ten minutes your not next we enjoy making you wait
Absolutely the worst, please avoid! Pre-booked my taxi for 8am in the morning specifically asking them to be on time or 5-10 mins earlier as I was going to the hospital for a surgery I waited more than a year for. Could not book for any earlier due to childcare. The taxi arrived 18 minutes !!! late. The driver asked me which way he should go and I couldn’t help as I’ve never been to this hospital before. So instead of using a map, he went ‘off his head’ making the trip unnecessarily longer. I was an hour late and wasted £30. Also other companies I have used can normally give a set price when pre-booking, but this one said it depends and it will go on a meter. Disgraceful service, will never use again.
Won’t be using these again, left me at the airport a 1.00am when we had booked apparently because we had a small delay, office about as useful as a chocolate fire guard
Poor driving to fixed on learing at a 13 year old girl to stop at a junction, aldi dark grey skoda estate.
Booked disabled taxi a week in advance for mum to get to hospital phoned me 2 mins before due to turn up to say couldn't due to snow. Not very apologetic or understanding the lack of notice that they gave me no time to organise another taxi.
Reasonable prices and the driver always knows the best route, unlike a lot of the others.
Book two days in advance, wait 20 minutes in sub zero temperatures, get someone verbally aggressive on the phone when you enquire why you are still waiting, don't bother with these charlatans. No point booking in advance as they just treat you as though you have made the booking at the time you ring to follow up. Please do not weap for them when uber takes over tried to support local business, but some people can't be helped
