We use this firm quite often, every week. The drivers and staff are very polite and make you feel welcome always on the phone and when you get into the taxi. Drivers are always on time & extremely courteous. Have to mention there overseas staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Always try to help you. Thumbs up for them
Love this firm. I use firm from sale as our local firms are no way near as caring and polite. I always seem to get chatty taxi drivers. It's so nice and as I am normally travelling alone they make me feel safe. Used them for 7 years and will always use them.
My mom BOOKED a taxi for 8:15 and it came more then 8:30 she had a URGENT APPOINTMENT that's why she BOOKED the taxi and it still came late and then it costed her like £30 pounds to get back because the taxi driver didn't know where he was going even though she literally booked it how's that her fault? And because of that when she went to her destination they made her wait 20 minutes and because of this she had awful day today just cuz of a taxi.
When i book a taxi for school they are always an hour late to pick me up and I have to stand in the freezing cold for an hour and they are also late picking me up for school. I complained so many times and nothing has changed. Don’t recommend this taxi if tour going to school because 60 percent of the time your gonna be waiting to be picked up after school
Wouldn’t use new moon if they were the last taxi service. The operators are rude and lying about when they’ll get you a taxi but the drivers are loving. It’s no wonder new moon is the sinking taxi companyService: Limousines
I thought I’d give them another try after a good few months but they are ALWAYS late.. cannot be relied on at all. Booked the night before work & gave plenty of notice and they were 20mins+ late so had to book an Uber instead & was late. Shocking service. Never again!
I have forever used new moon. Not so much in the recent past as I now have my own transport. However this morning I rang at 8am too book a taxi for 9.30am as I have an appointment quite some distance away with my partner and It got to 9.35am I called to ask the whereabouts of my taxi to be told I had to wait another 10mins!!!!! My taxi did not arrive until 9.50am. The poor taxi driver when I told him didn’t know what to say. He was so kind about it and apologised countless times. I understand it’s not down to him and it’s the base who should have arranged a drive to be there on time. I also understand things go wrong sometimes but a whole twenty minutes late after the taxi being pre booked for an hour and a half!!!!! Luckily this is only a tattoo appointment and it’s okay if I’m a little late as I have a good relationship with my tattooist. However I’m concern is what if it wasn’t ? What if this taxi was booked for the hospital ? Or the doctors and lf your late to those kinds of things you simply won’t get seen. The fact I wasn’t even offered anything for my inconvenience £2 /£3 pounds off the fare. Incredibly disappointed with new moon and will be switching to using another taxi company immediately.
Booked a taxi to Salford Royal hospital for the Ladywell building. The driver wasn't sure which building it was so he got out of his car to ask an ambulance driver then took me straight to the door. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use New Moon Cars again and recommend them. Very friendly , polite and helpful too.
Ordering taxis they say 20 mins then half hour later they say 10 mins then another half hour later they cancelled my.booking and I was using them for the last 10 years but this has happened twice so ok you don't appreciate my money thats fine
Worst taxi service ever! Drivers pretend they have called you then your left waiting hours with your babies in the freezing cold I would NOT recommend. Don’t waste your time
