Booked in advance. The call handler was professional and polite. Taxi actually arrived early great! and waited for me to be ready at the agreed time. The driver was courteous and professional. I will definitely use Street Cars again in future. Thanks for great customer service.
The driver did not know the way to the airport. He was driving super unsteadily and always in the outside fast lane. Other cars cut him off and overtook on the left. At the airport he didn't know where to go, wanted to let me out at the roundabout beforehand. He got lost. I had to tell him the way. In the end he couldn't use the card machine, I couldn't pay with card then and must pay in Euros. He wasn’t able to give me the required receipt. When I asked him, he said that it was his first trip to the airport or at all. I did not feel safe. The standards and quality for passenger transport should be maintained. am willing to pay more for it. I do not need it cheap
Early morning pick up 05:35 for the airport totally smooth. Easy to call office and book. Phone was on night time 'do not disturb' mode but still got a message through alerting me that my lift was there, which was handy.
First trip to Manchester helped enormously by streetcars. The drivers are lovely, courteous and more importantly on time. Go out of their way to get you to your destination on time.Thoroughly recommend I have their card and if we’re ever in Manchester again we’ll use for sure thank you so much guys
I booked patient transport with North West Ambulance service. They used this taxi firm. They kept not turning up and on one occasion left me stranded outside the hospital. It was winter and I didn't have a coat. North West Ambulance service put a note on my account not Streetcars so to not use them again. Despite this they booked Streetcars for my journey today to hospital for an MRI scan at 8 40. I was told to be ready two hours before. I phoned the ambulance service who rang the taxi firm to ask where they were. They said they didn't have a driver available. It was now 2 hours past my appointment time. I ended up ringing four times. They then said a driver was en route to my property. No-one showed up so I rang again. The taxi firm lied and said they had been at 8 15 and phoned and banged on the door. No-one had been. If they had the ambulance service would have told me a driver hadn't been dispatched when they rang the taxi firm. I ended up missing my appointment which was important. I have autism and their lying caused me so much distress
Really good Customer service, Driver was pleasant and well dressed. Some other taxi companies should have a long look at the service they and their drivers provide. Miles better and definitely be using them again.
Excellent. Lovely friendly driver who went above and beyond. They came super quick to pick up and were incredibly sensitive to my son's special needs. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough.
This was one of the worst cab experiences I’ve ever had. I had pre-ordered a cab from my hotel to get to the train station and was in a slight rush to get my train. I asked before getting in the cab if they took card and after being told only cash, I was hesitant to get in but my driver insisted I did and we’d go to the cash machine very quickly. A little annoyed I went in the cab and paid in cash, but as we arrived at the station, the driver didn’t have the right change he owed me so ended up paying way more than I’d have liked to. I think it’s unacceptable to insist on a cash payment when you don’t even have the right change. I felt taken advantage of and will never be using this service again.
Good, on time & friendly staff. Prices are quite reasonable, I'd recommend. I usually ask for written receipt cos they don't give automatic receipts when paying by card.
My driver was polite, Good and helpful when I needed some advice, His driving was 100%safer and perfect. I will not hesitate to recommend street cars to another customer.
