Stay away, bought a Ford Focus from here, car broke down in the first three days, would not repair car or give me my money back, had to get trading standards involved

I don't recommend. .Bought car they didn't send the paper work to dvla.. Had a problem with a seat belt they told me to come in to get it fixed, when I got there told me they couldn't get a part, lost a mornings work as they didn't tell me before I arrived they couldn't fix it. Then they said they would call me if they could find a part which they were having problems sourcing. . I went on Internet and found the part they needed in under 10 mins.. I've now had car fixed at halls cars near St stephen, had my cars in the past from halls wish I had gone there this time..if your looking for a car and great after service don't use rs autos..
