Excellent dealership, my Mum wanted a smaller car to replace her aging Toyota Yaris and they let us try a Kia Piccanto in our own time without any pressure so we could properly see if it was suitable. The car is fantastic and has given my Mum more confidence driving. The service we have continued to receive is second to none, really friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile.

Visited the showroom in August”just to have a look” and ordered a new Kia Stonic MHEV.Jeremy was knowledgable ,very helpful and not in the least pushy.We picked the car up today and he explained everything really well putting us at ease.This is the fifth Kia we have bought from Hawkins and have always had five star service.Thanks Jeremy and Barry. I booked a test drive last week in a top of the range Kia Sportage. Turned up, got greeted by the gentleman we were there to see. Off we went in the Sportage. Great car, loved it. Upon returning, the gentleman who we had a booking with was with another customer and we were told to leave our details and await a phone call! We were about to spend a lot of money on a car to be told “we’ll be in touch”. Couple of hours later we get the call and was told that he would email across a price for our car and the new car. 2 days later I’m still waiting for an email, but I do have a new car. I went and bought a Land Rover discovery instead. Woeful customer service. Had we been seen on our return from the test drive I’d be in no doubt I’d have bought the gt-line S Sportage I had my eye on. Expected more from a Hawkins dealership. Shame.
Fantastic service. Very helpful and knowledge staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt very comfortable asking questions and recieved the information needed to be able to make the right decision on the vehicle most suited to my needs.
Very happy with the service received. Staff helpful, obliging and friendly. Good surroundings. Only downside was that I would not have expected to have new brake discs after only 23,000 miles! But that was not the fault of Hawkins
The cars get better every time that I purchase one. This new mark 4 Sportage hybrid Diesel is superb
What a great team, sales were very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, they have a great professional approach.
