Amazing condition vehicles at great prices and top quality customer service, I would definitely use again. I went to Andrew Toms in December to test drive a car. I really liked how the car drove but unfortunately someone had already put down a deposit and it was a no go. The next week I got a phone call to let me know that they had managed to get hold of another car that was more or less identical, but with lower mileage. They got this ready for me to take away extremely quickly as I was becoming desperate for a new car. I had some minor issues with warning lights turning on and off and they spent 2 days tracking down the issue and sorting it out. Though only a minor issue I feel they went out of their way to get this all fixed, they are extremely polite and hardworking.
I purchased a 2017 BMW 320i Touring car from Andrew Toms Car Sales in September 2022. I dealt with Shaun Hocking originally then Simon Toms when I collected the car. Their combined service was a delight. They were very easy to deal with and there attention to detail was first class. The car was prepared to a very high standard I am a part time valeter for a dealership in Tavistock, Devon and I am delighted with the purchase. I would highly recommend this business.
