For our installation of remote pump control over 800m these are great products at low price. Good service from Simon and the team when part of the system failed. Of course, better if nothing ever fails but if it does then good to have the support. Faster turnaround of replacement parts would be an improvement.
Fantastic customer service! I ordered some rf modules from one of their distributors and when they arrived they were not to the latest revision. RF solutions offered to update then free of charge even though I had not ordered the modules from them. I inadvertently underpaid the postage when I sent them off, so it actually cost them money to get the parcel delivered, but still no charge. Technical help readily available by phone or email. No need to look anywhere else for your rf needs!
Excellent service, thanks! I bought a 433mhz remote switching system to drive a roller shutter, and had various issues along the way; RF Solutions' tech support were great, and deliveries came within a day. Highly recommended.
Very helpful customer service. When I submitted a technical query, I feel Simon went above and beyond to understand what I was trying to do, and explain how to make it happen. I don't agree with the old reviews about poor service or substandard products - mine works perfectly well, as designed, and I'm very pleased with the service I've received.
Great products and helpful staff. I had an issue with a stray voltage interfering with a mainslink pro I had recently installed. Simon from technical posted a capacitor out which swiftly arrived and solved the problem. He was kind enough to put a diagram in and a couple of spares should the situation ever occur again, all without charge .. Gentleman Many thanks
Great.. until something goes wrong. I've used these in the past even given them a 5 star review but that's when everything goes smoothly any slight change and it all fell apart. I've been trying to arrange a system from them and its taken 5 months now and still isn't sorted. Was sold half a system I intended to pair up with my existing system without being told it doesn't match and no info on website to suggest it wouldn't but in fairness partly my fault as i didn't explicitly say that's what I was doing, it arrived an additional 3 weeks after its 3 week lead time. Then i ordered the correct receivers which took again 3 weeks longer than the 1 week lead time, and to top it off when it arrived the system didn't work correctly. I call them and they say they will call back and never do, when I finally got the right guy on the phone and complained about the delays and problems they basically told me they have bigger fish to fry so I had to wait that's why it took so long. After telling them what the issue was and having a fairly good idea what was wrong they refused to believe it was faulty and that I must have made a mistake, then they wanted a few days to learn about their own system and call me back... again never happened and when I rang a week later they told me to return it obviously at my cost as I've already given them over £500 for nothing so far so why not pay more. Anyways currently waiting on another phone call to see the progress of my repair but who knows. Hope the system is worth it and it might be ready for summer 2018 since I missed 2017
Ordered a replacement keyfob for my system. Prompt resonse to emails and great customer service from both sales and support. Their products are really high standard and the impression is of a very professional company. Highly recommended, thank you. Daniele
Great products but nothing is ever in stock??? Even simple things like the keyfobs, basic parts that people may need to buy from day to day are not even in stock. Do I sense a manufacturing demand issue? Not good if you are wanting or have started to integrate these products into your installations and projects.
Great support from Simon at RF Solutions with problems, which were all of my own doing!, with a HORNETPRO-8S1M system switching garden lights. Thanks for your help and patience. Works perfectly now.
Shocking customer service and after sales, we had proof with a recorded phone call that a 15% discount was agreed. At the end of the month I realised I had been overcharged. John Fairall refused to refund me and clearly just wanted nothing to do with my query. Stay away if you are a re seller as they are 'not worth it', which is exactly what he said to me.
