WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. My quest, was to buy a replacement 12v auxiliary power socket for my car, and I had been advised by Evans Halshaw at Old Trafford Manchester these are the people who could help me. Firstly, I contacted them by phone for a stock check, and I was told that they would need to order one for today 24/2/21, I phoned again am today regarding my item only to be told by a very unprofessional chap, who was very rude, working from home that there was nothing on the system, and like a bolt out of the blue transferred me to the Manchester branch. On speaking to a member of Staff at the Manchester branch, they assured me that one was in stock, and it would be put to one side for collection. On arriving at the parts department, I was informed that nobody knew anything about the order, and had to start all over again. I must admit, that the chap in the parts department was very professional and understanding, and could only apologise for what he described as incompetence at all levels, because nobody could really be bothered for such a small item. Shame on you Quickco of Manchester ” whatever happened to looking after none account customers “ I can not find it in me to give you anymore stars than just the ONE, and this is only because of the good customer service from the chap in customer collection. Would I recommend this company, NOT A CHANCE.
Opening times incorrect went for an important part at 4.50pm Thursday 11th March 2021 and shutters were down. Phone staff and Google state they close at 5pm. Misleading or eager to go home staff.
Bought a panel for a damaged car at a great price. WhenI got back I realised it was not big enough to cut out the damage. Rang them and they said no problem bring it back. Returned item and got full refund. Will use again in the future
If I could you wouldn't get any stars! Ordered brake set and they were never delivered, had notifications stating the they had attempted delivery but buyer refused delivery. What a joke of a company!
Didn't know you could only phone orders under covid rules. Rang from the car park and the item was brought down in 10 minutes.
