I am dumbfounded!!!!nI purchased a pair of sandals yesterday, to find out when I got home there was only the left one in the box.nI thought no problem.nI will order a pair for next day click and collect return the single one at my local store.nOnly they are out of stock online and have been reduced by £20.00.nSo here is why I am fuming nI ring the customer care team which is automated so after deciding to try their new what’s app.nI was asked for many questions about the issue and sent photographs of my receipt/ pic of my box with only one sandal in it.nI then get a message asking if I would like to join the queue to speak to an advisor.nI replied yes.nI then receive a further message saying.nHello my name is Pete and I will be with you shortly.nAfter some time I receive another message to say they can not deal with this problem and to ring customer care.nOnce I ring customer care they inform me to go to the store.nWhy oh why can you not just ring the store and speak to a person.nI asked the customer care team to call the store or e-mail them on my behalf and request someone from the store to ring me !nThey can not contact the stores by phone or email nAfter spending the best part of my morning going round in circles I have not got any resolution to my problem, which after explaining everything twice.

I booked a style appointment with Adam as I have my daughters wedding coming up. I am a jeans and t-shirt 54 year old who lives  in black and has an aversion to colour and dresses. I so wanted to step out of my comfort zone but was terrified about looking ridiculous. I went with my best friend as emotional support. Adam was absolutely brilliant put me at ease. When he bought the rail in my heart sank but I did as instructed and tried everything on. Can honestly say bar one dress they all looked good. I narrowed it down to 3 and am so happy that I picked one that I felt really great in. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. I had been convinced I'd end up with something people told me looked good and I felt yeah right but settled instead I walked out with a fabulous dress that had I seen on a rail I would of walked past. Adam has such a good eye and really knows his stuff. Can 100% recommend him.

Fantastic service from Shakila at Peloton in John Lewis Trafford Centre. Shakila was so friendly and knowledgeable and there was no 'hard sell' which would have immediately put us off. Shakila is an absolute credit to both Peloton and John Lewis and we'd like to thank her for wonderful customer service.
