I wasn’t looking for anything in particular in here but there is so much to see and shop for here, John Lewis is definitely worth a look if you’re in the Trafford Centre.nThere is a plethora of different designer brands plus their own ‘Any-day’ brand which looks really good and is a bit cheaper.nThere’s more than just clothing though. There’s jewellery, hats, sunglasses, handbags and man bags etc.nI have included a few photographs of some of the different brands and stalls however these don’t do this great store justice really, it looks much better in real life and has a great shopping atmosphere.nThere is also a cafe upstairs which is fantastic.nI can happily recommend this store if you’re at the Trafford Centre. It’s much better to come in the week rather than the weekend though as it does get very busy on Saturdays and Sundays.nThere is plenty of free parking here as the Trafford Centre has several huge car parks. There are also bus and Tram links here from all around Greater Manchester so it’s easy to get here. As I said, it does get busy at weekends though so remember that if you’re driving here.nThanks for reading

I enjoyed a delightful Coffee & Walnut cake paired with a Chai Latte at the John Lewis Cafe today. The staff are always so warm and welcoming!

I visited John Lewis yesterday to buy a microwave oven.  I was helped by a very nice Man named ..Ade...Nothing was too much trouble, very professional, friendly,and a smile on his face.  with good people like this Man,  your business will always prosper. I visited the store and was spoken to very rudely by a member of staff, who I was later told was a part of the security team. He referred to me as ‘this person’ which did not make me feel welcome to the store and I felt  profiled. I understand that they are doing their job however customer service goes a long way and I believe this is unacceptable as I was asked to leave after talking to a partner I was familiar with for about 5 minutes while they were tidying as he asked if ‘I wanted them to lose their job’. I find this hard to wrap my head around as many customer talk to the partners- it is their job- however they do not get asked to leave. I most likely won’t be returning to this store as I can find the same items elsewhere.

LYNN - ORIGINS SKINCAREnI had a fantastic evening with lots of skincare information and advice, as well as matching products that would suit my skin. Since having a baby I've really struggled to get a couple of minutes to myself, so the 15 minutes or so when my partner went to change the little one, she really made me feel like it was 'me time' and was so warm, welcoming and made my day.
