We loved staying in this rental! The rental was cozy and a great place to relax. It's in walking distance to several pubs and public transportation. It is also in walking distance to the University of Glasgow. George and Catherine were incredibly kind and gracious hosts. We can't wait to visit again!!

My friends and I absolutely staying in this holiday rental. Catherine and George were incredibly gracious hosts, the apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. We were super centrally located and were easily able to get anywhere we wanted to go!

We stayed at Lennox Cottage, one of the Queensgate apartments. The house was spacious and well furnished. The upstairs bedrooms were big with tall ceilings and large windows (and nice light-blocking blinds to help us overcome jet lag). The upstairs bathroom had an old-fashioned tub (which my daughters loved) and a modern block glass shower.  The front and back yard were splendid and gave the sense of being out in the country, despite being so close to it all. A quick walk and we caught the bus to go to the Science Centre, shopping, out for dinner. Another quick walk and our daughters were running in a lovely park with lots of play equipment and a duck pond. Free parking and lovely owners. I wouldn't hesitate a moment in recommending it.

My wife and I stayed in the Queens Gate apartment towards the end of 2015 and were very impressed.  The apartment is very stylishly apportioned with fine attention to detail.  Very warm and made to feel very much at home.  The property benefits from it's own private entrance way to the street and has an exclusive back patio area.  It's only a 3 minute walk to Byres Rd and the subway.  We will be back for sure.

My husband and I have stayed at both Queensgate Apartments before and are looking forward to our next stay in June.  Catherine and George are gracious and welcoming hosts.  We will be staying Lennox cottage...a spacious, beautiful and tranquil spot.  The large front and back gardens are truly a lovely place to enjoy a relaxing time...without the confines of a hotel room.  We are delighted to be returning guests.
