Disgusting service. handle for window broken unable to open, thermostat hanging of the wall. was fully booked so couldn't change rooms. refused a refund. no sleep at all was like sleeping in a sauna. Do not use!
Only dropping it to 4 stars because of the rooms on the ground floor. There are doors attached to the room next to it. So you can hear everything that goes on. Other than that, staff are friendly, food is decent and it's very easy to find.
I needed a good value place to stay for a night before seeing friends. This was really easy to find, plenty of parking too. All staff were so friendly and helpful both on checkin and breakfast the next morning. The room was super clean and of a good size. Great value - and great job - thank you!

Best 3 star Premier Inn I've ever stayed in.nnBed - very comfynRoom - well presented and good tempnShower - very clean, it would have been nice to get the height of the shower head a bit higher. But this was my only dislike of my whole staynBreakfast - it's self-service, so the hot food is kept hot under lights avoid the eggs they go like rubber every else to satisfaction. I think £9.99 is a bit much for it, but I suspect there's a lot of waste doing it like this and would lower costs preparing by taking orders, and also I wouldn't get rubberised eggs
