Visited for dinner and was not disappointed. All of the food is so nice and the staff are very friendly. It isn't the cheapest place to eat but it is well worth the money you pay.
Love going on Sunday’s for their Sunday roasts. Make sure you make a reservation though. And save room for the cheesecake it’s always good.
Food and service was absolutely spot on, gorgeous food and surroundings and even live music on the night, such a perfect place will definitely be booking again
Decent menu and they source local meats. The roast has gotten better since last year. You will need a reservation on Sundays.
We went yesterday for Saturday lunch. We arrived earlier but they found us a table regardless. To be fair the pub was quite empty. The restaurant was quite cold, dark and with loud music. It took one hour to be served. I'm wondering how would be if the restaurant was packed. To be fair looking some of the photos above you can get a good picture. The chips were well over salted, the onion rings were mainly greasy batter didn't taste of onion, burgers very small and dry. The plate was only filling because on the large quantity of salty chips which dwarfed the size of the burger. Very expensive for a plate which mostly consisted of chips. We booked the queen's as it was convenient after our trip to the theatre, but we wouldn't go again.
Had a works Christmas meal here last night never been before but it didn't disappoint! In fact it was the best christmas meal I think I've had on a works do! The food was amazing, as well as the service and it was just a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting in the future
Dined here for the first time on Saturday evening and it was excellent. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. We both had a burger and they were delicious. We would definitely come back and highly recommend.
Ordered Crumbs takeaway cheesecake. Would have posted a better photo but somehow it vanished. Would recommend the passionfruitFood: 5/5
we are very disappointed and definitely won’t be making any future bookings with the place. All the meals that included ribs were very poor,we couldn’t get the meat off the bones. We polity complained about this and all the meals taken away. Nothing was said about any meals being removed off the bill of replacement meals, so asked about this and was told they would be taken off the bill When the bill arrived one meal was still left on as the ribs came with a small slider burger and beef brisket and refused a refund as the burger and brisket had been eaten. Member of staff very rude and lacked any customer service skills,probably better placed in a non customer facing role. As a customer i expected a refund on all meals without any argument and a drink to make up for the completely ruined birthday meal and everyone having no food for the evening Poor management staff arguing with customers . As we walked out another customer commented on how bad we were treated as customers.
We had dinner here and we were so impressed by the food and the service. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. The cocktails here are also the best I’ve ever had!
